AAA is hiring for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team! This position is responsible for developing business and technology architecture and strategy across the company. The role will drive the creation and maintenance of enterprise business and technology capability architecture blueprints, integrated roadmaps, and enterprise standards that guide ACA's strategic investments and enterprise initiatives.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.To the qualified candidate, we offer:A competitive salary commensurate with experienceAnnual Bonus + Merit Increase EligiblityHybrid scheduleComprehensive health benefits package3+ weeks of paid time off accrued during your first year401(K) plan with company match up to 7%Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursementPaid time off to volunteer & company-sponsored volunteer events throughout the yearOther benefits include a free AAA Premier Membership, Health & Wellness Program, Health Concierge Service, Health & Life Insurance, Short Term/Long Term DisabilityThe primary duties are:Drive and coordinate technology designs for large projects across multiple disciplines.Set technology direction through development of architecture, roadmaps, standards, and best practices.Create and maintain capability models, business architectures, and technology architectures.Lead resolution of lifecycle decisions on enterprise technology.Provide expertise to the significant project challenges, especially those spanning multiple projects, in the portfolio.Maintain a deep understanding of technology and information management approaches.Lead collaboration with solutions architects, other enterprise architects, and business users to gain enterprise alignment.Manage proof of concept activities to identify innovation and new technology opportunities.Provide mentoring and development of technical colleagues.In addition to having broad enterprise architecture experience, each role holder will have deep knowledge in at least one of the following key areas: Infrastructure, Applications and application development, Data development and management, & Business architecture development and managementParticipate in project architecture reviews, technology strategic planning and annual project planning processes.Provide guidance and assistance to solutions architects.Maintain cross-system logical artifacts.Acknowledge and abide by Information Security Policies.Participate in PCI compliance activities as required, including providing evidence for quarterly and yearly audits.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Science or Engineering. BS or BA in other disciplines is acceptable, supplemented with adequate relevant experience.8+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience as a solutions architect is a plus.At least 3 years of experience with the core AAA business line products, services and benefits or similar experience in a related industry is preferred.Understanding of various architecture practices and methodologies.Understanding of ITIL processes and XaaS design and implementation; XaaS experience is a plus.Familiarity with industry trends driving change in the market.Strong situational analysis, conceptual thinking, and decision-making abilities.Ability to communicate with and influence technical and business colleagues, and technical and non-technical executives.Strong collaborative skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
