Job Description:Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.6-8 yrs Experience in Embedded systems.Expert in C, C++, embedded Linux and device driver6+ years of experience in architecture, design, prototyping, software development, code review, and unit testing for embedded devices.Working knowledge on media products with audio and video interfacesHigh proficiency with modern C, C++, C++11/C++14, or C++17 preferred.Experience and strong knowledge of Linux, BSP, Linux subsystemsMemory and performance profiling tools experienceStrong knowledge of multimedia framework such as ffmpeg, gstreamer, live555Excellent with the C++ build processExcellent knowledge of multithreading and algorithmsSolid foundational knowledge of inter-process communications (IPC) and remote procedure calls (RPC).Proficiency with multiple communications paradigms: client-server, peer-to-peer, and publish/subscribe.Experience working with development tools like Codec analyzes, Audio/Video Analyzers, GIT, SVN, JIRA, CMMI processesGood to have: Experience with IP-based communications and protocols, for example, HTTP, TLS, REST, WebSockets, JSON, XML, Protobufs, Flatbuffers, RTP, RTSP, and HLS.
