Job Description:

The I-Series Developer develops and supports RPG applications required to improve the company systems. Gather and analyze information required to implement and modify business systems with emphasis on financial systems.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, improve, and support software using RPG and other data integration tools.Develop programs and procedures in LANSA, which is a modernization tool used with the iSeries.Prepare specifications for new and improved systems.Troubleshoot complex problems and independently find solutions.Work with users, managers, other programmers, and consultants/contractors throughout the company.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience RPG/ILE programming with a proven track record of successful design, development, and implementation of financial systems.Exceptional operations management and technical programming skillsLANSA experience a plusPRMS experience a plusWorking knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, or any graphic language a plusStrong desire to learn new techniques and find ways to take the company systems to the next level.
