We are seeking a talented Avionics/Electrical Design Engineer II to provide invaluable support for avionics and electrical installations. Key Responsibilities:Offer expert engineering support for avionics and electrical installations on products, collaborating closely with Completions Hangar teams.Play a pivotal role in fault investigations for Production and Flight Line operations, implementing effective corrective actions.Define wire routing and grouping strategies, meticulously documenting them through drawings or other documentation tools.Conduct or witness necessary testing procedures to ensure the flawless operation of installed avionics/electrical equipment.Develop or refine test procedures to guarantee optimal performance of avionics and electrical systems/equipment.Actively participate in project teams, contributing to the development of new installations and modifications.Provide essential support for certification efforts related to avionics/electrical equipment installations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role.Extensive experience (minimum 4 years) in avionics and electrical systems installations, testing, and design, repair, and analysis of electrical systems.Proficiency (minimum 1 year) with Autocad or similar design software using in creating electrical wiring diagrams.Demonstrated experience (minimum 1 year) in Electrical System Troubleshooting.Comprehensive knowledge of avionic systems, including Navigation, Electronic Flight Systems, Radios, and Autopilot.Familiarity with modelling simulation tools such as Simulink, MATLAB, or SolidWorks.Expertise in electronic circuit technology, encompassing both analog and digital realms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, for the preparation of acceptance test procedures and reports.Hands-on experience with laptop computers for data logging, digital bus readers, and other avionics test equipment.For consideration please apply now!
