Revology Cars is hiring a BOM Management Engineer at the Orlando Florida facility where we build new Ford-licensed reproduction 1965-68 Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles. ABOUT THE JOBThe BOM Management Engineer is responsible for the continuous management of all Bills of Material in an automotive manufacturing environment. This individual will ensure accurate BOM synchronization between 3DX and SyteLine ERP systems via CADLink, identify and correct BOM anomalies, coordinate effective and timely implementation of engineering changes, and work cross-functionally to optimize BOM structures, SyteLine ERP planning parameters, and manufacturing processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBOM Synchronization: Ensure consistent BOM structure across 3DX/Catia and Infor SyteLine ERP platforms. Maintain accurate BOM data from initial release through subsequent engineering and manufacturing process changes.BOM Corrective Action: Troubleshoot and correct existing BOM-related errors adversely impacting manufacturing, inventory, or purchased parts planning. Examples include BOM part omissions, product costing errors, mis-routings, and incorrectly specified units of measure. ERP Data Integrity: Ensure BOM data is reflected accurately in SyteLine and aligns properly with ERP internal and external planning parameters.Engineering Change Management: Effectively and efficiently manage the Engineering Change process from initialization to implementation. Ensure BOM structures are accurately updated, planning data is current, and inventory phase in/phase out is managed to support production needs and avoid obsolescence. Internal Support: Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to ensure synergies across all Revology products and processes. Assist team members with BOM issues, structure development, and interpretation.ERP Implementation: Support SyteLine ERP system implementation as it relates to BOM structure development and alignment with ERP planning parameters for sales and forecasted demand, purchased material planning, manufacturing work orders, and inventory management.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the context of product life cycle development and Revology Cars' unique business requirements. Automotive OEM experience highly preferred. Aerospace or other complex manufacturing industry experience will be considered with demonstrated automotive vehicle knowledge.Proven experience cross-functionally managing BOM structures and engineering change management process. Demonstrated hands-on BOM troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management practices, ERP material planning and manufacturing logic, and program management methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Highly effective communication and collaboration skills.3DEXPERIENCE and SyteLine knowledge a plusStrong IT skills (MS Office applications particularly Excel, CAD, ERP systems)PAY AND BENEFITS $120,000 - $135,000 base salary, depending on skills and experience.Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
