In this role, the Customer Technical Support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using our automated bike rental systems. The daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries and issues, resolving technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
