We are seeking a Microsoft Developer II to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a remote with travel role. The Microsoft Developer II role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Microsoft technologies. This position will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions which empower our employees, tenants and partners and contribute to the success of our organization. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers and other developers to create high-quality, scalable and robust software solutions.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.What You'll Be Doing:· Collaborating with System Analysts and customers to understand the functional requirements and translate into technical specifications.· Designing software solutions and applications within the Microsoft ecosystem, considering best practices, scalability and performance.· Writing and maintaining custom applications, reports and interfaces using Microsoft tools and technologies, such as PowerAutomate, .NET, C, CSS, HTML or JavaScript.· Integrating Microsoft applications with other systems, databases and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.· Providing ongoing support for Microsoft applications, troubleshoot issues, debug applications and implement patches or updates as necessary.· Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks within Microsoft systems and solutions to ensure efficient and responsive software.· Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance Microsoft systems and solutions functionality and efficiency.· Assisting with planning and execution of system upgrades and patches while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.· Documenting, testing and quality assurance.· Ensuring security and compliance.Are You Qualified?Required:o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related fieldo 6+ years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, C, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PowerAutomate)o Advanced user and administrative experience with the Microsoft ecosystemo Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce or HRISo Intermediate experience with following change management processes and controlso Awareness of IT infrastructure, software development and system implementation processeso Familiarity with industry compliance standards such as SOX and GDPRPreferred:o Master's degreeo Microsoft 365 certifications or equivalent experienceo ITIL certification or equivalent experienceo Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experienceo Working knowledge and understanding of operational aspects of commercial real estatePersonal Traits We Value:o Appreciation of our business, goals, strategies, and needso Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with customers from diverse technical backgroundso Proven problem solving and analytical skills in systems design, development, and operationso Author business process, policies and procedures effectively and with clarityo Strong experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders with particular skills in communication, consultation, and negotiationo High level of adaptability and self-motivationo Highly flexible, ability to multi-task across a number of simultaneous projectso Strategic and critical thinker
