Brand NEW Opening for a Project Manager & Building Envelope Team LeaderPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Position: Project Manager & Team Lead - Building EnvelopeLocation: Baltimore, MDTerms: Full-TimeAre you ready to be a project manager?Metric are engaged in a brand NEW search for an accomplished building envelope professional eager to take on more responsibility!You will be responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of projects as well as coordinating and mentoring junior multidiscipline staff.Responsibilities:Take sole responsibility for the planning, procurement and execution of building envelope projectsCoordinate and supervise team membersConduct and lead regular meetings with clientsReview shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersConduct site visits and closely monitor project progressionWork collaboratively with other departmentsRequired Qualifications:Registered Architect / Professional Engineer LicenseMinimum 8 years experience in the architecture or engineering of building envelope systemsProject management experience with proven success managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in AutoCAD / RevitExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSeeking professional developmentPreferred Qualifications:Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) / Registered Exterior Wall Consultant(REWC) / Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)Additional:Ability to work on roofs, ladders and scaffolding Collaborating with a team that encourages and enables development and career progression Contributing to a pipeline of meaningful projects Extensive benefits package available Opportunity to apply both your technical and management skills
