We have an opening in our CRM Service Line for a Solution Architect who can help manage CRM projects across different clients, especially around CPQ and Revenue Cloud. "‹As a Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of CPQ implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Responsibilities:Design end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to pricing, product configurations, and quoting processes.Architect scalable and efficient CPQ solutions by leveraging Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including product rules, pricing rules, discounting, and approval processes.Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing models, product bundles, and contract management.Lead technical workshops and design sessions to drive consensus among stakeholders and define the CPQ solution architecture.Provide guidance and recommendations on CPQ best practices, solution design, and implementation approaches.Develop and maintain documentation related to CPQ solution architecture, design decisions, and configuration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.Conduct technical reviews and code inspections to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.Stay current with Salesforce CPQ product updates, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including pricing methodologies, product catalog management, and quoting processes.Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.This job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications expected of a Salesforce CPQ Architect.
