Job Description:

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 annually + 10% BonusBelow covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT to head our IT department. This is the highest role in IT in our company, reporting directly to the CFO. Ideal candidates will be personable, service-oriented leaders with a track record of success in similar Director level roles in manufacturing.The individual will be responsible for:Managing a team of network administrator, Programmers, Business Analysts across each of their locations. Candidates must be prepared to take a hands-on approach to the role, providing necessary guidance to the team.A deep understanding of ERP systems is essential. The role involves data mining and helping create custom reports. Experience with Invex and Invira ERPs will be a bonus but is not mandatory.Applicants must be familiar with LAN/WAN, SQL, ITIL Foundations, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Possessing a basic understanding of supply chain functions such as Purchasing, Inventory Control, Production, and Order Entry is essential. However, strong accounting skills are not mandatory.The ideal candidate will demonstrate longevity in their previous roles as we seek someone who is here for the long term, looking out for the growth of the company.
