As the Senior Manager of Client Application Services (Application Leader), you will be the head of applications and lead an IT team at a client site in Farmington, New Mexico. You will be responsible for completing an application project roadmap and other client results for clinical, business, 3rd party, and revenue cycle applications. We're looking for a collaborative and dynamic leader who is passionate about driving team culture and excels at client relationship management, as well as managing and developing a team.Day-to-day, you will be responsible for driving the Application Team vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications for a hospital client site and IT team. You will partner closely with client senior leaders and work collaboratively work with the client, your peers, and others across the team in a matrixed environment, delivering on-time results through your leadership and influence skills, attention to detail, and personal drive working with others.
