An exciting Biotech is looking to expand their QC team!The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Position: QC AnalystLocation: Aurora, Colorado Hours: 40 hrs/wkLength: 12 month contract (likely to extend) Responsibilities: • Execute Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte precursor cells (CTLp) Assay, emphasizing cell-based bioassay techniques. • Perform routine lab tasks such as cell culture maintenance, reagent preparation, and equipment maintenance. • Collaborate with various teams including QC, project management, and process development. Primary Tasks: • Conduct routine testing on final products using cell-based bioassays. • Assist in method validation and technical transfers. • Draft or revise SOPs, forms, and protocols as needed. • Support nonconformance investigations and implement solutions. • Ensure adherence to cGMP principles and Good Documentation Practices. Requirements: • 2 years of GMP QC Laboratory experience with medium to complex assays. • Familiarity with cGMP principles and SOPs• Comfortable with handling radioactive material (51Cr) with provided safety training. • Ability to work occasional long hours and weekends. • Preferably, experience in cell culture.
