From large-scale industrial projects to preliminary feasibility studies, our goal is to provide value through creative and cost-effective design solutions. We have 3 locations across Texas: Houston, The Woodlands, and San Antonio with a fourth location in Austin coming soon.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Engineer in The Woodlands office, you will:Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordinationDevises alternative approaches and solutions to problemsEngineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases.Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implementedCoordinating with outside sub-consultants, as neededPreparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholdersWorks closely with project teamThe candidate will handle multiple simultaneous projects, within a multi-disciplinary teamMaintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA The Woodlands officePerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering disciplineEIT license required; or able to receive within 6-months of employmentEEO STATEMENTWGA, LLP is committed to providing equal opportunity to all qualified applicants and its employees.
