IT Business Partner - Aerospace & Defense$140-170k base salaryHybrid working - Dallas 2 days a weekApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.I'm currently partnered with a Manufacturing Services company who help to deliver excellence across the end-to-end product development lifecycle. They are currently looking for an IT Business Partner with a focus in the Manufacturing domain to join their growing team on a permanent basis.The IT Business Partner will be the connection between the IT organization and they business stakeholder group, who's responsibility is to define the roadmap for their respective business stakeholder to allow them to enable technology as it aligns with their business strategy. Additionally, once this roadmap is in place, the IT Business Partner will be responsible for taking on Program Manager duties and overseeing the rollout of projects and solutions to ensure a successful implementation.Core requirements:At least 7 years experience operating in a similar position and industryGood understanding and knowledge of business processes such as supply chain management and electronics manufacturingExperienced in defining and developing IT roadmaps & business strategies, ideally as it pertains to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing processExpertise over several areas across the IT space including cybersecurity & risk, Data analytics & management, solution integration and operationsMES, ERP & A&D shop floor experienceHave worked in commercial market such as Aerospace & Defense, Capital Equipment and Healthtech as well as the regulatory requirements that surround these spacesProgram and project management experience is crucialThis position must be based within the US and, to be eligible for this position, applicants must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to working with customers & clients that require adherence to ITAR regulations.Interested in this role?
