Must be able to go direct perm Must have Experience: (What HCL Tech is Looking for in Background) Experience as a Delivery Director managing enterprise application portfolio for a large customers. Experience handling SAAS platform and Enterprise cloud migration, Data & analytics and modern applications Handled AD (Application Development) and drive engineering productivity and operational metrics.Comes with strong Program management Capabilities Experience with ERP, Data Analytics, Cloud Migration Experience with Building Solutions & Preparing Solutions (Not as an Architect) But a true Delivery DirectorExperience Managing & maintaining relationships with CIO/CXO/ EVP Level. Experience managing a team size of 300+ now that will help grow to 1000. (Covering areas of US, Mexico, Singapore, Europe, Malaysia, and India) Experience in planning & structuring team.Has Handle at least minimum 25 million in Revenue Experience managing P/L (Profit & Loss) Experience managing Risk with CIO & CIO & EVP level and team Experience managing 2 direct reports that will grow as the person grows the team. QualificationAt least 20+years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.Strong knowledge of global delivery model and methodologiesAbility to present and interact at CXO levels, and have consultative sales capability.Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geographies.Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CXO level.One of the key responsibilities is strategic growth.Should be experience in an entirely customer-facing role.
