The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.Responsibilities of the Mid-level C++ Developer:Research, design, prototype and develop solutions for cryptographic devicesDevelop performant software in resource-constrained environmentsPerform full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing/automation, and integrationDevelop interfaces to high assurance crypto modulesRequirements of the Mid-level C++ Developer:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4-8 years of experience in programming and development with C++Experienced with coding cryptographic and other low-level algorithmsExperienced at developing code from a detailed set of requirements and designsDeveloper experience with Linux O/S environment and operationExperience with Kernel module programming for LinuxExperience with Boot processing including file system (data at rest) encryptionExperience with Key generation/derivation functions (KDS)Experience with the use and implementation of hashing algorithmsExperience with auditing and audit protection and verification mechanismsAbility to appropriately document software during developmentWork well in a team environment and have excellent written and communication skillsPlease be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
