Hess Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing company. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with plans to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential design and permitting. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in designing and drafting using Carlson Civil Suite/AutoCAD, along with HydroCAD and drainage experience.
