Job Title: Graphic Designer III/LabellingLocation: Santa Monica, CADuration: 18 MonthsIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Responsibilities of the Experienced Labeling Project Coordinator includes:Design and layout commercial final product labelsCoordinate review and approval workflowsAcquire print proofs from print suppliers Review and approve print-proofs from print suppliersCoordinate test printing of any new components as the need arisesCollaborate with cross functional partners to develop labeling text requirements as well as content and brandingBasic Qualifications:MS / MA Degree and 2+ years of Packaging / Labeling and/or Project Management experience OR BS / BA Degree and 4+ years of the aforementioned experience ORAssociate Degree and 5+ years of the aforementioned experienceOR High School Degree with 6+ years of the aforementioned experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industryStrong background with FDA cGXP standards and regulatory requirements for packaging and labelingAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)Exposure to document control systemsAbility to quickly resolve issues and communicate to team members effectivelyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external customersExperience effectively communicating status of labeling tasks/projectsAbility to interface with C-level executivesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
