Job DescriptionAll candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Looking for a strong and experienced EPM to closely work with the Retail Engineering team in Austin, TX.5+ years experience in project managementDetailed understanding of the SDLCCustomer Systems, Point-of-Sale experience desired.An outstanding body of work demonstrating delivery of a wide variety of software solutionsExperience in leading strategic, cross-functional, and technical projectsProven expertise in setting up operational procedures on monitoring, tracking, and metrics.Proven track record to influence and drive decisions with stakeholders in all levels.Flexible to handle change and concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology, ideas, and issues with peers and managementGood technical acumen to gauge the effort estimation for features in a product and work closely with product and project managers to build the product roadmapAble to build a positive relationship with cross-functional organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutionsPay Range: $65-85/hr.The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
