As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM/ERP solutions using Oracle Cloud.Key Requirements (7+ years):Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Core Java, JavaScript, and Java Webservice concepts (SOAP and REST).Proven experience as a solution architect.Ability to work independently with effective multitasking skills.Strong problem-solving and logical-reasoning abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desired Skills:Hands-on experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP implementations.Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion applications HCM and ERP.Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS concepts.Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, OTBI reports, and HCM conversions.Knowledge of Oracle ERP FBDI templates and loading processes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.Seven years of progressive programming and applications analysis experience, including integrated database system design and maintenance.U.S. Citizenship or Green card required.Talent Groups is an equal opportunity employer.
