This role welcomes applicants from various backgrounds in metals manufacturing, ideally from small to mid-size companies. Requirements Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related)5 + years in metal fabrication with leadership experienceUnderstanding of metal fabrication processes and equipmentRecent project management experienceExperience with MS Office Suite, SolidWorks, Mastercam, and CMS - Epicor productProject ManagementManage multiple projects on time and on budget, while Identifying and mitigating riskscollaborate with clients and production teams, keeping leadership / stakeholders informedTechnicalOversee engineering from design to quality control (full life cycle)Expertise in metal fabrication processes and automationEvaluate equipment and cost justificationsExperience with CAD, CAM, CNC, and GD&TQualityImplement quality control proceduresDrive continuous improvement to reduce production costsAnalyze production data for optimization opportunities"Benefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
