We work with several high-profile clients, startups, and SMEs globally to help them source and retain top-tier talent.The clientA nationally recognized leader within the civil engineering heavily invested in within the Civil Engineering and Environmental Services industries across the USA.LocationThis will be based out of my clients office in Indianapolis, IN. My client is open to a hybrid working option. The Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee a variety of water, water resources and storm water projects throughout the full project life cycle, from the initial development stage, through scope, proposal, procurement, contract negotiations and overall delivery of the project.Ensure the delivery of each project is on time, of a high-quality meeting both client and internal standards and expectations, and within budget.Review design specifications, calculations, and reports, coordinating with both external and internal partners, solving any technical issues.Responsible for the development project scopes and fee & act as the technical primary lead.Work closely with the internal marketing and proposals teams, leveraging both current and new clients and network to help win future work.Oversee staffing levels and requirements, actively participate in the recruitment of individuals to the team.Mentor and assist junior staff members, aiding with their development.Requirements/QualificationsEducated with a Bachelor of Science in a related field of study.P.E Certification.Project Management experience.Ability to use software applications including MS Office, hydrologic & hydraulic modelling software and ArcGIS.Demonstrable experience working on Civil Engineering Water Resource projects in the USA.
