In this role you will support projects for a primary manufacturer in the automotive industry working with a primary client for equipment launch processes while collaborating cross-functionally with vendors & plants to streamline the engineering approach. You will gain high visibility while working in a dynamic & innovative team, functioning as a program manager to support program success. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):automation solutions utilizing new & upgraded technologies from RFG development to solution hand-off.with cross functional teams, plant partners, and vendors.for ensuring cycle time & budget milestones align with program direction as well as design & implement a bill of process or process flow.develop, program, & implement POC for Tier1 plant locations. Responsible for maintaining regular share project timelines & updates with Toer1 teams.cell layouts on process requirements, material flows, & facility layout design.in product design reviews, maintain & standardize equipment standards.new launches & automation projects globally.travel in U.S. & occasional global travel (Mexico).Required Skills:degree or Masters in Robotics or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent field)with Automotive Type Assembly Cell: automated snap tools, welding tools, part manipulation, multiple component assemblies, screw stations or cells.with PLC/HMI/Robot programming functions & fundamentals.managing & launching projects using lean principles.in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Katia, or similar programs.with trouble shooting & route cause analysis.working in dynamic teams coordinating multiple parties & providing weekly tracking & reports.communication skills are required.working with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Teamcenter.About Eight Eleven:At Eight Eleven, our business is people.
