If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Role Overview: As the Enterprise Architect - Application, you will play a pivotal role in setting and maintaining enterprise architecture application standards, guiding our talented team of application architects, and driving forward-thinking solutions. You'll collaborate closely with IT and business teams, leveraging your expertise to define and develop architectural models that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Define enterprise application architecture standards, guidelines, and principles.Lead efforts to conceptualize new and enhanced enterprise applications.Provide expert guidance to application architects within the agency.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to advise on optimizing business success.Drive discussions and strategies around application architecture quality and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize architectural standards and processes.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Engineering preferred.10+ years of IT-related experience, or equivalent combination of knowledge, training, and experience.Proficiency in The Open Group Architecture Framework and Project Management Body of Knowledge.Hands-on experience with AWS applications and distributed computing.Strong understanding of architectural abstractions, integration, and design patterns.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.What You'll Be Doing:Driving challenging decisions across IT and business teams through effective collaboration.Managing multiple solutions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Staying current with rapidly evolving AWS landscape and near-term solutions such as mainframe migration, telephony solutions, and business process solutions.Contract Duration: 6 MonthsJoin us and become a catalyst for innovation in enterprise application architecture.
