We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the development of exciting new builds of energy-efficient commercial developments, from sports stadiums to high end entertainment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design or engineering, with a passion for sustainable building practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for energy-efficient MEP and HVAC systems. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, budget forecasts, and milestone achievements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sustainable building design and construction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the design or construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems, or design tools such as Revit, Autocad or Bluebeam. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
