As part of that mission, we are disrupting the Retail Supply Chain and Merchandising with the most advanced and innovative offerings to date in this space.Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.To support our aggressive growth, we are actively seeking talent (at multiple levels) to join our team.The Role:For the role of the Retail Business Consultant, our ideal candidate:Is a Self-motivated and enthusiastic consultant with experience in Retail Merchandise Planning, Assortment Planning, and Allocation.Has a flair for technology and is passionate about the critical role technology can play in helping retailers remain competitive (and relevant) in the future.What You'll Do:Conduct and lead business process analysis and design sessions, including writing functional specificationsLeverage business expertise and experience to advise customers on industry best practicesProvide primary user support and verify that the system provides the required business functionalityConduct product demonstrations for customers, prospects, executive-level audiencesCommunicate and partner with Product Management and Product Development teams.Provide Thought Leadership regarding industry trends and product direction; Become an authority in the industry.Serve as liaison to project manager and key customer contacts, including executive sponsors.Compile and analyze quarterly performance reporting for customers.What We're Looking For:Must have experience in Retail Merchandise Planning (MFP), Assortment Planning and Allocation. 2 to 5 years of consulting experience in large scale system implementations with a high level of demonstrated success is a huge plus.Exceptional communication skills (presentation and written)Outstanding organizational and analytical skillsFlexibility to travel up to 50% of the timeBA/BS and must be eligible to work in the US.What's in it for You?At S5, you will get an opportunity to truly innovate while working with some of the brightest brains in the industry to solve existing and emerging business problems.
