Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).The shift times for 1st are:7AM-330PM non-overtime days7AM-5:00PM Overtime days"‹"‹Key Responsibilities:"‹Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.Performs manufacturing/assembly operations on one to two production lines and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.Maintains daily production output.May participate in quality control inspections.May work in Decon area, unpacking, disinfecting, and dispositioning returned productWorks with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in Quality and LEAN activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.Comply with EHS and Quality procedures, regulations, and policies.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: "‹High School Diploma or local equivalentProficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical informationDemonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habitsAbility to communicate using English (or local language)6 months of manufacturing experienceThru hole and surface mount soldering experienceProficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, ExcelOur client is a leading Utility organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
