Position Overview:We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Bullhorn platforms to support our business operations and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure Bullhorn features, and ensure smooth system functionality.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Responsibilities:Customize and configure Bullhorn to meet business needs, including Private Label changes, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Bullhorn.Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Bullhorn.Support and maintain integrations into ancillary platforms i.e. Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Talen Edition, Bullhorn Automation, Salesforce.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and platform stability.Drive innovative solutions and roadmap for product gaps. Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain data quality and compliance.Stay updated on Bullhorn updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.Provide training and support to users, addressing inquiries, and assisting with troubleshooting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1-3 years Bullhorn configuration experienceExperience administering and configuration with; Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Automate, Bullhorn Talent Edition, VMS Exchange. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience Bullhorn for Salesforce preferred/nice to have.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system optimization.
