This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain professional experience working in a fast-paced environment who has worked in either a customer service center or on another technical Helpdesk prior. This role is primarily a weekend-only role and will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues both over the phone and in person while expressing excellent customer service qualities.
