Collaborating with researchers, designers, client stakeholders, and key partners, you will prototype and design intuitive user interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction. Utilizing Design Thinking methodologies, you will gain deep insights into our clients' businesses, their customers, and culture, translating findings into actionable design strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and drive digital innovation.Key Responsibilities:Prototype and design user interfaces for high-impact products and services, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Apply Design Thinking methodologies to gain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, customers, and culture, ensuring alignment with user needs and goals.Synthesize data from research studies and co-creation sessions to identify key insights and translate them into actionable opportunity areas.Support the planning and facilitation of design sprints, co-creation sessions, and iterative prototyping workshops to foster collaboration and creativity.Produce journey maps, workflow diagrams, conceptual designs, and interactive prototypes aligned with client needs and outcomes.Craft and communicate compelling stories to convey insights, opportunity areas, and concept designs to diverse audiences.Support the execution of new product and service experiences within client organizations, ensuring seamless implementation and user adoption.Experience working with design thinking, lean, or agile UX management methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in prototyping and designing user interfaces for digital products and services.Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in a collaborative environment.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate insights into actionable design strategies.Experience in facilitating design sprints, co-creation sessions, and iterative prototyping workshops.Proficiency in creating visual artifacts such as journey maps, workflow diagrams, and interactive prototypes.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.Understanding of agile UX management methodologies and their application in project delivery.Previous experience in UX consultancy or related roles, preferably in the digital product or service industry.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your relevant experience to Abhish Upadhayaya at abhish.upadhayaya@.
