If you're enthusiastic about maintaining exceptional quality standards in gaming products, eager to expand your expertise in QA/QC, and possess a meticulous attention to detail, this position presents an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in the advancement of innovative games.ResponsibilitiesParticipating in crafting and executing comprehensive quality assurance and control strategies for gaming products throughout their development lifecycle.Establishing and upholding stringent quality standards, employing testing methodologies, and implementing processes to ensure the release of top-notch, bug-free games.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, encompassing senior management, developers, installation experts, and project managers, to seamlessly integrate QA/QC processes into operational workflows.Conducting meticulous inspections of game features, functionalities, and systems to pinpoint and rectify defects, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to the market.Continuously assessing and refining QA/QC processes, tools, and methodologies to bolster efficiency, efficacy, and overall quality.Addressing non-conformities related to products, installations, and final control procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in gaming QA/QC, implementing pertinent enhancements to sustain a competitive edge.Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of versatile professionals, nurturing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and perpetual improvement.Offering comprehensive documentation and guidance for the execution of test plans, conducting test cases, and proficiently troubleshooting issues.Assisting in resource management and optimization to align with project timelines and quality objectives.Communication and Reporting:Effectively communicating QA/QC status, progress, KPIs, and potential risks to key stakeholders, including project managers and global leadership.Reporting on non-conforming products, resolving non-conformities, and outlining corrective and preventive actions.Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports on quality inspections, furnishing data for acceptance decision-making processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.Demonstrated track record (minimum 1 year) in QA/QC positions, preferably within the gaming sector.Foundational comprehension of game development methodologies, encompassing design, coding, testing, and deployment processes.Hands-on experience with diverse testing methodologies, tools, and platformsStrong analytical prowess and adept problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.Preference may be given to candidates holding certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) such as Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Quality Engineer (CQE), Reliability Engineer (CRE), Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), or Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision 401kPTOInterview ProcessStep 1: LVSP PrescreenStep 2: Video call with the hiring manager and VP of OpsStep 3: Final Interview on-siteStep 4: Decision time
