This is a hybrid position but we required candidates to be based in Medford, Oregon with our C-Suites as this is a very important role in our company.Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Finance Management:Hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting activities and book closuresIn-depth knowledge of local accounting rules (USGAAP), regulations, and taxes in the USADevelop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (USGAAP)Participate in the development and implementation of internal financial and accounting policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, etc.) and maintain secure storage of financial informationPrepare supporting information for annual audits and liaise with external auditorsDevelop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cashRegularly meet with the VP Finance to improve processes, turnaround time, etcAssist the Studio Head in managing the studio P&L efficiently, providing relevant financial insights and analysisCash Flow Management:Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts in accordance with policyEnsure the company's cash needs are maintainedManage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure proper recording, amortization, and disposalPeople Management and Development:Effectively manage the performance of team members through progress reviews and clear communication of objectivesFoster a positive working relationship with the team and other departmentsCommunicate effectively with the team, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and timelyEncourage team participation in information relay within and outside the departmentMIS and Reporting:Maintain financial records for US sites/Line of Business to facilitate management reportsAssist FP&A teams in budget preparation by providing relevant information regularlyProvide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual departmentsRequirementsEducational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally Master's degree, in a relevant field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business AdministrationProfessional Qualification: USCAP/Chartered Accountant/CMA/ICWA (not mandatory but preferred)8 to 10+ years of progressive financial responsibilitySkills:Proficiency in Accounting ERP systems like Microsoft D365, MS Axapta (a plus)Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a focus on advanced Excel skillsGood communicator with a "Make It Happen" attitudeAbility to work under pressure and long hours based on business requirementsJoin us at PTW, where your financial expertise will play a pivotal role in driving our success in the dynamic gaming industry.
