Job Description:

- Lead the development of electrical control systems for our custom machinery, primarily the using Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI interfaces.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.- Drive the design process from specification through to configuration, including the selection of appropriate enclosures, transformers, fuses, and other control system components.- Spearhead the creation of new control systems, enhancing our product offerings and addressing customer requirements.- Produce detailed electrical drawings, process engineering change orders (ECOs), and generate accurate bills of materials (BOMs).- Develop custom PLC/HMI software, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of electrical performance and safety.- Manage and mentor junior electrical engineers and collaborate with external contractors and vendors to meet project objectives.- Provide technical oversight throughout the fabrication and construction phases to resolve any arising issues.- Execute on-floor equipment tests and install/test PLC/HMI software, crafting comprehensive support documentation, including operator and maintenance manuals.- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required to ensure proper system integration and customer satisfaction.
