You will be responsible for refining requirements, developing solutions using our platform, implementations of solutions, release and ongoing platform product support and testing.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSBS in Computer Science is a mustExperience in the full software stackExperience in Java, JavaScript, Typescript (ideally independent of Angular)Experience with HTML DOM, browser (DOM) event handling, drag-and-drop, and CSSExperience with full lifecycle development as an intern or on a substantial school project is requiredKnowledge of application server configuration and setup such as: Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and WebSphere is a plusPlatform experience with a variety of operating systems such as: Unix, Linux, & WindowsMust be technically savvy and familiar with general computer configuration, network and admin tools.Must work daily in our downtown San Francisco officeGENERAL OPERATIONAL SKILLSMust have a desire to learn and grow your skilletsMust be team-player with solid communication skills, strong time-management, creative problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to directly work with and support customersAbility to work in a high pressure, deadline oriented, and fast paced environmentExperience providing customer support to users over all mediums; email, web and telephoneMust be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervisionAvailable for limited travel to deliver custom plug-ins and products within customer environmentsNice to have:Object Oriented development experience (not PHP, but rather Java, C++, or C#)Developers that have worked on Platforms / Tools before (ex: Form builders, workflow development tools)
