We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.You'll help us by:Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutionsWorking with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plansActing as the subject matter expert for Pharmacann's commercial products and other integrated software components, including Adobe Commerce Magento and its marketplace extensions.Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document,and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal/external teams to scope and prioritize enhancementsWork with product team members to build delivery plans and roadmaps of forward looking capabilitiesAnalyzing current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experienceFacilitating user acceptance testing and validation of new and existing functionality, including configuration, development, and system releases.Supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of PharmaCann's e-commerce product portfolioEnsuring integration and data exchange between relevant systems, and troubleshoot issues as neededYou'll be a good fit if you have:Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or other relevant experience2+ years of experience in the Adobe Commerce/Magento Platform or similar enterprise e-commerce platformExperience with process flow diagramming with tools such as LucidChart or Elements CloudExperience in Enterprise SaaS, retail IT, or cannabis ITStrong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database managementAbility to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirementsAbility to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environmentExperience with Adobe/Magento e-commerce, specifically Magento Admin capabilities and working knowledge ecommerce/web development concepts Notice: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
