With a focus on precision and safety, you'll lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional results.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, development, coordination, and direction of projects.Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and scope of services.Supervise project execution and site layout design.Prepare proposals, schedules, and cost estimates for energy projects.Collaborate with senior management, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives.Provide technical oversight and mentorship to team members.Manage project task schedules and ensure quality control standards are met.Initiate permitting through federal, state, and local agencies.Prepare bid documents and participate in client management activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate.PE license preferred.Experience in oil/gas pipeline related projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software.Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.Benefits:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.401(k) with employer contribution.Paid time off, flexible schedule, and bonus potential.Professional development and career growth opportunities.
