As the exclusive supplier of the ARGUS Sheet Metal Forming measurement system and other Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology optical systems, Trilion provides cutting-edge solutions to industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Manufacturing. We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to ensure the seamless support of our customers using ARGUS systems within the US.Responsibilities:Customer Support:·      Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.·      Serve as the primary technical resource for customers using ARGUS Sheet Metal Forming measurement systems.Troubleshooting and Solution Implementation:·      Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the ARGUS system, collaborating with customers to implement effective solutions.·      Provide clear and concise instructions to customers for issue resolution.Training and Knowledge Transfer:·      Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of ARGUS system functionalities and optimize usage.·      Share best practices and provide guidance on maximizing the benefits of the measurement system.Documentation and Reporting:·      Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.·      Generate regular reports on support activities, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.Collaboration with Sales and Engineering:·      Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during pre-sales activities.·      Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex technical issues related to ARGUS systems and other Carl Zeiss optical systems. Qualifications:·      Relevant technical certification or equivalent practical experience.·      Proven experience in technical support, preferably with measurement systems or related technologies.·      Familiarity with sheet metal forming processes is a plus.·      Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.·      Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively. Requirements:·      Ability to travel occasionally to the King of Prussia, PA headquarters (twice a year) and initial training in Braunschweig, Germany (up to 2 weeks)·      Car travel is expected around the Detroit Metro area for customer support Benefits:·      Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.·      Comprehensive health and retirement benefits.·      Opportunities for professional development and growth. Join Trilion Quality Systems team and play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch technical support for ARGUS Sheet Metal Forming measurement systems.
