The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. This role includes installing hardware and software, managing network servers, and technology tools. The Systems Administrator will ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the systems they manage.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of all hardware and software resources.Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
