Novax is actively seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of technical lead and primary customer contact for assigned projects.The CompanyJoin us in Buffalo, where we lead the charge in high-profile, intricate industrial machining projects across the energy sector.The Ideal Candidate•Collaborate with the Project Manager to meticulously track project cost estimates and gather essential technical data from project initiation to completion.•Conduct in-depth analysis of customer-supplied information, including detailed scrutiny of drawings and specifications in various domains (mechanical, electrical, painting, welding, non-destructive testing, etc.).•Assume the crucial role of technical lead and primary customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication and project success.•Efficiently track and manage all essential technical data throughout the project lifecycle.•Provide valuable technical and design information to the production team to facilitate the manufacturing of equipment.•Initiate inquiries to sub-suppliers for the purpose of component selection and costing, ensuring the best quality and value.•Spearhead the creation and scheduling of test requirements, ensuring the highest standards are met.•Collaborate with the Project Manager to track project cost estimates and necessary technical data, ensuring a smooth project journey from start to finish.Experience•Demonstrate knowledge of piping standards and expertise in ASME pressure vessels.•Possess familiarity with structural metal welding, weld symbols, and fabrication processes, an ideal addition.•Showcase mechanical knowledge of custom OEM rotating equipment, covering design, uses, repair, and maintenance•BS in Engineering.The Perks•Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.•Secure your future with a robust 401(k) plan.How to ApplySeize this opportunity by submitting your application via the provided contact details.
