Job Description:

Encore Talent is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP) to be responsible for the design, development, and enhancement of business custom and standard reports using SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI and Cognos BI Applications. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be the conduit between the BI customers and BI Team focusing on production support and new report creation. This position will require high energy and multi-tasking in supporting its internal customers.Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Responsibilities:Participate in the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including report requirements gathering, report creation and Quality Testing, User Acceptance Testing all new reportingProvide support for development of SAP SAC, Planning, Cognos BI applications, PowerBI and Rumpke's data warehousProvide support for BI, namely data troubleshooting, report modifications and other issues that may arise related to reporting and data qualitySupport the BA or Project Manager in the execution of projectsParticipate in process flow analysis and process redesign with IT and businessProvide support as it relates to Cognos and SAC specifically but not exclusively reporting and accessProvide data analysis in support of user requirements or problems as they relate to BI environmentPrepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, work flow analysis, user guides, and functional specification documentsSupport internal customers and BI Team in investigation of data issues, working with business and source system application owners to identify root causeTroubleshoot and research data anomalies and recommend/implement corrective actionsPerform job duties in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policiesCreate and maintain documentation for existing architecture, data dictionaries, future data warehouse architecture and business intelligence reportingQualifications:· 5+ years related experience as Business Intelligence Analyst· 3+ Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud· Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation, data analysis, data migration, data integration and data mapping· Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL· Experience working in Power BI preferred· Experience working in IBM Cognos Framework Manager & Report Studio a plus· Experience working in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio a plus· Experience developing in SAP ABAP a plus· Experience working with SAP HANA a plus· Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Project Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or etc.) a plus· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Strong planning and organizational skills· Ability to clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms· Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills· Ability to perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing the solution· Exhibit patience with other associates· Ability to provide accurate estimates for tasks and project activity· Possess personal drive and initiative regarding career growth· Ability to work independently, prioritize own tasks and tasks of others· Able to multi-task in fast paced environment and manage time effectively· Passion for customer service, efficiency, effectiveness, precision and quality· Good team player and willingness to assist others and share expertise· Able to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed· Ability to travel between offices, as requiredEncore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
