Optomi, in partnership with a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a Senior M 365 Collaboration Engineer. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365 platform and services. The Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Intune, etc. PowerShell scripting experience Experience with Azure AD Experience in enterprise Design and implement unified communications and collaboration solutions Responsibilities:Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products & Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, ect.).Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration & Unified communication solutions.Leading the development of a scalable architecture that supports the organization's strategic roadmap.Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress.Participating in incident cause-analysis & assistance in remediation & design efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios.Working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments.Optimization and advanced troubleshooting of Collaboration Solutions.
