The Superintendent reports to the Sr. Vice President of the division.Some travel is required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver project on time and on budget.Coordination of all field activities.Regular interaction with sub-contractors and vendors.Coordinate and manage with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator on field changes, RFI's, and change orders.Ensure jobsite in organized and projects a professional image.Perform jobsite safety meetings.Other duties as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYThis position may supervise a Site Coordinator or an Assistant Superintendent.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates at the construction worksite. The employee may be exposed to heavy machinery, and outside weather conditions. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSDetail-oriented with leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.Able to read and understand construction drawings, project schedules and structural specification sheets.Minimum of 5 years' experience in this or a similar role.If interested, please send an up to date to
