BBI currently has an office in Schaumburg, IL.Position compensation: Base compensation will be between $130-150k+ commission, incentive, full benefits (medical, dental, vision,) 401k, time off, etc.POSITION SUMMARYThe Director of Sales will be responsible for identifying and closing Data Engineering Solution services for new clients, establishing new revenue opportunities for BBI. JOB DUTIESThoroughly understand and communicate the BBI value proposition and core strengths to clients with a passion to help them be successful in their initiatives Lead the sales process, build consensus and coordinate all necessary resources to successfully achieve revenue goals for your assigned territoryActively and aggressively identify and pursue prospects to develop new accountsResearch and identify competitor strengths and weaknesses so you can effectively articulate BBI's competitive advantagesPerform the necessary activities (calls, client visits, connections, leads, out of office meetings, etc) to identify sales opportunities with the ultimate goal of building trusting client relationships at multiple levels in new accountsQuickly identify and define opportunities and coordinate necessary resources both internally and externally to present and close business Assist in creating winning proposals that convey the business solution, delivery methodology, resource requirements and overall value propositionNegotiate and use necessary Solution Selling closing techniques to secure profitable businessBuild successful strategies to meet or exceed your assigned quotas of both net new sales and existing account growthQUALIFICATIONS5 Years of selling IT solutions and staff augmentation servicesBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong preference for experience in the data consulting services industry.In-depth knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and data consulting services.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESPossesses a deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.Possesses strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales teamAbility to set clear goals, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive and collaborative sales culture.Ability to think strategically and develop sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectiveAbility to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to articulate complex ideas, deliver persuasive presentations, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales teamAbility to negotiate terms and conditions, handle objections, and build mutually beneficial relationships with clientsAdaptable and resilient in a dynamic and competitive sales environmentDon't meet every single requirement?
