Become part of a fantastic Team working with an OEM and revolutionize the experience of autonomous and connected driving with us.They are a historic brand producing some of the most well-known vehicles across the Decades and are looking to expand their R&D Teams within the US MarketIn order to drive the growth and further development forward for our client, Alium are looking for a TOP ADAS Test Validation Engineer to join our clients teamWe are looking for many prospected new Talent for this opportunity to join a new project focusing on ADAS development being hands-on with the vehicle.These challenges await you:Responsibilities:Build up and lead the clients tech ADAS validation activity for all collision avoidance feature (CMSF, FCTA, ELKS, ...) and comfort functions knowledge.Establish the strategy of the completed validation including the associated test cases linked to these functions: vehicle level including NCAP, NCAP AD, ECE regulation (R79, R152), NHTSA, ...Follow/manage the execution of the test by external company.Collaborate with the global ADAS validation team to identify regional specific validation to be compliant of local regulation and NCAP performance and optimizing the validation strategy in term of cost and planning between what can be perform in United States and in Europe.Define validation tactics, expedition route and associated budget.Ensure a frequent benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trend.Ensure the defect traceability communication to function owner, and validation report.Report project validation status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager.Ensure that launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfill customer expectations.Managing and tracking the functions issues using JiraRequirements:At least 3 years of working experience in ADAS vehicle validation test.Working closely with vehicle and test track across the EUKnowledge on vehicle test tools like GVT, Pedestrian tools, steering robot tools and good understanding of what is a test track (proving ground)Strong expertise of the NCAP and ECE regulation norm and associated test case.Experience in global team execution.Experience using vehicle validation tools, analyzing vehicle performance.Experient in written test cases for ADAS functions.Linux OS knowledge, Linux OS debug system is a big plus.Enthusiasm and passion to drive and develop cars.Open minded, solution driven, highly motivated engineer.Excellent communicator with an open and structured mindset.High level of engagement to solve any issues and drive issue resolution.Positive attitude, resolute and highly skilled to drive for results.High integrity and trust in all activities and communication.Driving license B class and experience in testing prototype vehicle is a plus.Prototype L1 or L2 driving training is a plus.High Voltage training for working with EV is a plus.Why our client?Assisting an OEM with the Launch of their R&D Department within the US MarketCareer development.
