We are seeking a dynamic IT Supervisor to join our team.Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Job Summary - IT SupervisorAs the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the day-to-day operations of the IT department. Your primary focus will be on providing end-user support, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and spearheading IT projects to enhance business operations. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities and project management skills.Key Responsibilities· Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, cloud-based systems, laptops, desktops, tables, VOIP phone system, software and hardware.· Act as the project lead for business system improvements and provide support for both new and existing IT initiatives.· Evaluate and monitor costs associated with IT systems and equipment, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.· Setup and maintain IT equipment, such as laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and other related devices in accordance with company standards and procedures.· Collaborate with external vendors for IT support and project execution, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.· Conduct regular analysis of processes, technologies, and vendors to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and efficiency.· Provide training to employees on software and hardware usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer ongoing technical support as needed.· Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper asset management.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.· Proven experience in IT operations with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role and two (2) years of relevant IT experience in a healthcare setting.· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at al levels.· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT operations while contributing to the growth and innovation of our organization.
