If you join our team, we are going to do our best to contend for your highestgood.Responsibilities:We are currently seeking an experienced MSP IT professional to fill our Tier 3 Technical Lead role. In thisrole you are responsible for guiding the technical decisions and making sure all aspects of ClearPath'sproactive and reactive support are technically sound. This will include architecting basic routers/networks,solving tough technical problems on a wide variety of systems for all of our clients, and providing technologysupport for our tier 1 and 2 technicians. If you don't have experience with architecting Microsoft 365, networksand a thorough understanding of a wide variety of small/medium sized business technology such as cloudmigrations, virtualizations, implementation, and support of other cutting-edge technology - then this job is notfor you.Desired Skills:ï‚· All of our work happens through a PSA (Ticketing System), as you work on problems you will document your work in ticketsï‚· We support mostly Windows Servers and Workstations, but more and more Macsï‚· Strong understanding of routing, switching, and networking with a strong grasp of IP addressing and advanced network configuration of VLANs and working with various ISP'sï‚· Know how to configure routers and switches from scratchï‚· Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration are crucialï‚· Hyper-V and Azure knowledgeRequired Soft Skills:ï‚· You need to know how to get things done and be self-directed, able to work independentlyï‚· Friendly and courteous, even if the customer is struggling to do the same (rarely with our customers)ï‚· Exhibits leadership skills - we are growing quickly so you can too!ï‚· Pays attention to detailï‚· Must possess excellent communication and customer service skillsï‚· Ability to explain technology in an easily understood mannerExperience Requirements:ï‚· Information Technology: 7 years (Required)ï‚· Hardware troubleshooting: 7 years (Required)ï‚· Windows PC (Required)ï‚· Mac experience (Preferred)ï‚· Windows Servers (Required)ï‚· Azure/365 advanced administration (Strongly Preferred)ï‚· Networking experience (Required) (and very important)ï‚· Cyber Security Training (Strongly Preferred)
