To help bring this to market, we are looking for a senior-level product leader to own the systems, tools and full definition of a global identity and profile service for individual users and collective families that supports all of the businesses within PanasonicWELL and a subset of businesses within global Panasonic.This leader will be the primary driver of the planning, strategy and execution of this service and partner closely with adjacent product and business leaders to understand requirements for global profile and identity service definition. They should be an expert in tools such as relational database management, knowledge graphs and personalization engines. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, design, engineering and strategy, this person will rely on creativity, innovation and step-change thinking to inspire and guide engineering teams and Technical Program Managers, as well as collaborate cross-functionally throughout the full product lifecycle.You'll be expected to utilize your full range of skills across people management, product lifecycle, user empathy and understanding, along with the ability to extract the rapidly- changing needs across our adjacent product lanes to deliver services that deliver exceptional products. You're passionate about the details, and bring good product instincts, and an analytical mindset to truly think through end-to-end experiences. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and working independently under tight deadlines or in close partnership across the leadership team and key functions to drive towards a coherent and delightful product experience.PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.What You'll Get To Do: Drive evaluation, selection, definition and ongoing improvement of an identity-based Generative AI fabric for facilitating ongoing relationships with our consumer families, surfaced through a range of apps, hardware devices and additional devices across the Panasonic portfolio.Define AI engine to extract unstructured data from LLM sources and store the relevant data into relational database, knowledge graph and sensitive database (PII, SPII).Develop definition of the dynamic family profile by combining it with unified ID for regular data updates and correct access.Clearly define and optimize the knowledge graph nodes to create family knowledge management systems and recommendation/ personalization engines.Lead, research, and contribute to the identification of challenges modern families face today; build the right product and experience to address those challenges with special attention given to each specific family's needs.Work closely at all levels of the organization, both in the US and JapanPartner closely with executive leadership to drive and facilitate roadmaps, as well as across all disciplines to drive prioritization and stepwise delivery of new features, product components and consumer experiencesDesign, develop, implement, and communicate a compelling Product Strategy and Roadmap; define the product and execution plan, and drive forward by translating vision into resultsWork extensively with outside 3rd party vendors to deliver in an agile mannerDevelop partnerships with technology and product providers to ensure successful working relationshipCollaborates closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, User Experience and Design, Data Analytics, Backend, Partnerships, IT, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and other functions.Build and iterate on various processes with leaders and teams to drive alignment, simplify execution, launch products, monitor OKRs, and improve quality and efficiency.Responsible for project execution and roll out strategyAdvocate for the prioritization of ongoing, iterative refinements and improvementsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience); MBA or Master's Degree a plus7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on consumer products including smart sensor Hardware, social media apps, gaming services, lifestyle coaching Services, wellbeing apps or behavior change outcomes (bonus points for experience within a startup, Apptech or company leveraging Generative AI)A deep understanding of the complexities, matrices and relationships in establishing a global identity framework; from the technology infrastructure, to streaming data pipelines to customer engagement modelA deep understanding of defining and optimizing database relational tools including relational DB, vector DB and Knowledge graphs.You have the expertise to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data and develop a feedback loop of data extraction for recommendations provided to customers.You have experience in taking new products and/or businesses from zero to one with the ability to point to measurable successYou have strong product design experience delivering complex customer-facing features and experiences that drive tangible business valueYou have demonstrated experience in transforming the complex into simple, meaningful, and strategic product milestonesYou have sound business judgment and can easily communicate a business case for a new opportunityYou are extremely data driven and have extensive experience with A/B testing and collaborating closely with data science partnersYou have demonstrated technical fluency and a track record of partnering with engineering teams to build extensible and flexible systems.You drive influence and alignment across cross functional partners while spearheading projects and leveraging powerful storytelling techniquesYou have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to be accountable; can roll up your sleeves and drive end-to-end product development for innovative customer experiencesYou are adept at ruthless prioritization in the face of competing prioritiesYou have a bias for action and are able to execute flawlesslyWhat We Offer:The future of work at PanasonicWELL is flexibility.
