We're actively searching for an experienced Audiovisual Field Engineer with expertise in system engineering, installation, cabling, wiring, and troubleshooting for audiovisual systems or IT networks. This role demands independent thinking and the ability to work within specified guidelines with minimal supervision. As an Audiovisual Field Engineer, you'll effectively engage with employees, customers, and colleagues, showcasing proficiency in handling multiple tasks and projects. Exciting opportunities await you!Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Primary Duties:Provide technical support for audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT systems.Diagnose audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT-related system problems Proactively manage and resolve system auto-generated Service TicketsRepair audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT-related systems when possible, including re-terminating various cables Provide remote end-user and concierge AV & IT system support.Configure and program equipment for various applications.Interface with manufacturers to identify and resolve issues.Make recommendations as to whether it is better to repair or replace a defective product.Effectively communicate and document activities such as keeping records up to date and entering accurate timesheet informationDeliver technical training and guidance to clients and team members.Provide professional customer service including rapidly building technical credibility with clients via superior knowledge and service.Professionally represent the company with Senior-level clients showing empathy, patience, and competenceClearly communicate complex technical concepts to peers, clients, and managementCoordinate required activities with subcontractors, manufacturers, and company personnel through the required management chain.Keep digital records up to date (i.e., service tickets, documentation)Maintain a positive work attitude, and strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environmentJob Requirements:CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D preferred.At least 5 years' experience installing & commissioning audiovisual equipment & systems.Crestron Configuration and firmware updating.Crestron Toolbox.Crestron Programming, preferred.Q-Sys, preferably certified.Biamp, preferably certified.DSP programming for Biamp, QSYS, DBXService, Audio Visual, Audio-visual, AV, A/V, ProAV, Crestron, AVIXA, Biamp, Service, Audio VisualService, Audio Visual, Audio-visual, AV, A/V, ProAV, Crestron, AVIXA, Biamp, Service, Audio VisualService, Audio Visual, Audio-visual, AV, A/V, ProAV, Crestron, AVIXA, Biamp, Service, Audio Visual
