They are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience working a Service Delivery or Site Manager. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring a smooth project plan and finalization of the project. Responsibilities:Responsible for service desk, desktop support, IT and governance Experience managing a team across global partners Function as the SME for the the service team and ensure team meets KPIS, SLAs, etc. Oversee all ITIL processesOwn ServiceNow application and its associated GRC and implement new project plans, features, processes to meet criteriaTake ownership for IT governance and compliance across the department Responsible for all ISO 27001 audits There are interview slots available as early as next week for experienced candidates, so please do not hesitate to apply.
