The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and a visionary approach to digital transformation.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Direct Hire, Full Time, W2, On-Site position 5 days a week in Fresno, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the discovery, evaluation, adoption, and implementation processes for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.Foster collaboration across executive leadership to define and articulate the digital strategy, promoting a culture of innovation and technological adoption.Drive the digital transformation journey, encouraging a shift in organizational culture and practices to support digital initiatives.Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align digital strategies with business needs, ensuring strategic projects are managed effectively from conception to benefit realization.Recruit, train, and manage team members, providing timely feedback and handling disciplinary actions in line with company policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-8+ years of experience in digital strategy, with a proven track record in the successful implementation of new technologies.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.3+ years of Agronomy and Farm Management experience preferred!Essential Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesProficient in project management methodologies (AGILE, SCRUM, WATERFALL) and tools (Microsoft Project, , Trello).Strong understanding of SEO practices and digital marketing strategies.Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply a structured approach to technology adoption and problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, fostering innovation and change within an organization.Expected Salary: 100,000k -110,000k
